When you purchase a mattress from Overnightmattress.com , you'll have 120 nights to try it out and make sure that you're 100% satisfied. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, you can exchange or return your mattress*.

We will even pay your return shipping costs**. In fact, we can't think of a more comforting reason to buy from us, or a better way for us to demonstrate the premium quality and feel of our beds.

If our mattresses were anything less than outstanding, we could not afford to make such an offer.

You might be asking yourself, "What happens after 120 nights?" All of our memory foam mattresses come with an unsurpassed 20-Year Limited Warranty. With a warranty this long, you can expect our commitment to product quality to be nothing short of the best in the industry. We want you to sleep better than you ever have before. That's why we do our best to ensure that our memory foam mattress could be the last mattress you'll ever need to purchase.

* You may exchange your memory foam mattress or foundation one time within the 120-night trial period. You must keep the mattress and try it for at least 30 days during your trial period before being elligible for returns or exchanges. Exchanges between sizes and models (i.e. from Queen to King or from the Coolmax bed to the Bamboo bed.) will be processed as whole bed exchanges. You will be responsible for any difference in price.

** Exchanges or Returns for customers in Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico will incur a shipping fee.


Returning or Exchanging Your Foam Bed

We hope you are completely satisfied with your memory foam bed, but if you decide to exchange or return the bed during the In-Home Trial, contact Customer Service at 1-888-883-6251 before packing your bed. All merchandise being returned must be in good condition and be given a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number from Customer Service which will expire 30 days from date of issue. The RMA must be included with all products returned in order to track your return and promptly process your credit. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately 15 business days after all products have been received at Overnightmattress.com. All shipping and incidental charges to return the bed will be covered by Overnightmattress.com. Please be sure to follow the return shipping steps found in the Mattress Return Policy, or you may be charged a re-stocking or processing fee.

Defective or Damaged Components

All items that are defective on arrival, or are found to be defective within the In-Home Trial period, will be replaced at no cost to you. The shipping charges to replace the defective product will be incurred by Overnightmattress.com.

If any part of your Overnightmattress.com product is found to be defective after the In-Home Trial period, the replacement part is covered under the terms of the warranty. You will be responsible for any related costs and the cost of shipping the defective product back to Overnightmattress.com. Contact our Customer Service department at 1-888-883-6251 for troubleshooting assistance and if you need to process the replacement order.

We recognize the fact that products may break, become soiled or unusable and may not be covered under the warranty. As long as you own our bed and can provide proof of purchase, you can purchase replacement parts. All component sales are final and carry a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the purchase date. Product discounts and accessory promotions do not apply to components. Call our Customer Service department for current pricing and to process the component purchase.
