Typical shipping times for our FREE ground service range from 1 - 5 business days. We are able to reach most of the continental US within 2 - 3 business days, NM, AZ and CA in 4 days and remote areas of MT, OR and ID in 5 business days.

We do our very best to keep all items listed on the site in-stock at all times. If an item becomes out of stock durring the time you submit your order for processing, we will attempt to contact you (by phone and email) immediately after recieving your order, to give you an estimated time for delivery. If this time does not meet your needs, you may simply cancel your order with no fee.
Memory Foam Mattress Packaging - What to Expect
Every PureBliss memory foam mattress is compressed and rolled in our facility in Tennessee. They are usually packaged the same day or one day before they are shipped. The PureBliss Premier, PureBliss Cool-MAX®, and PureBliss SofTouch memory foam mattress come in one box (18" x 18" x 42"). The PureBliss Energy-MAX, PureBliss Bamboo, and PureBliss Aloe Vera come in two separate boxes. The inner memory foam core (9" thick) comes in one box and the zip-on quilted covers come in a second box. These quilted covers are as simple to put on as zipping them over the inner core. The reason the quilted covers do not come already on the core is because these memory foam mattresses are too thick to compress for DHL shipping.
Because of the high density and premium quality of both the visco memory foam and M-Class base foam used in all PureBliss foam mattresses, they rebound within minutes of opening. Other compressed memory foam mattresses can take several hours or days before they are ready for use. When ordering from Overnight Mattress, you can rest assured that your new memory foam bed will be ready to sleep on immediately.
