We absolutely love our new Bamboo Royale mattress! It shipped very quickly and arrived at our door in three boxes. I must admit, we were skeptical of the way they ship these mattresses (vacuum packed), but it expanded back to normal size very quickly and we were able to sleep on it that night.
We've slept well on this mattress for a month or so and it's been great! I recommend this mattress to all our friends, family, and co-workers when they ask about it.
Oh, and it's a very thick mattress, so be prepared to "climb" into bed each night!

We were replacing a low quality memory foam mattress which had the sinkhole/speed bump effect, and our concern was that we didn't want to be in the same place 3 years from now. We considered going with the obscenely expensive name brand, but looking at the many reviews, it didn't seem like paying thousands more for the mattress was going to guarantee satisfaction. Our experience with overnight mattress so far has been excellent. I was reluctant to call, but I finally did. I quizzed poor Vladamir to death. He very patiently answered my questions and walked me through the process to make sure I was getting the best mattress for us. By the end of the call, I felt confident that we'd made the right decision, and that was backed up when the mattress arrived. It came as expected. It was easy to set up. My husband loves it. I am less clear about whether I want the pillow top or not, but regardless, I am sleeping better. What's great about OvernightMattress.com is that I can try out different configurations. So far, we've had an excellent experience.

My arthritis has kept me from getting a good nights sleep for many years. And we have tried several mattresses and mattress toppers. I had given up. When I saw this ad and there was no risk in the event it did not work out, I said, "Why not?" It arrived very quickly, but I had to wait 2 days for the box support to arrive. We put it together the next morning and slept on it that night. My husband says it is the best mattress he has ever slept on. My arthritis still bothers me, but the mattress feels wonderful. I have no hesitations in recommending this. Thanks.
PS My only trouble is putting sheets on as the bed does weigh a lot.

I purchased a king-size Bamboo Royale on February 19th. I am writing this review on July 3rd. I wanted to give myself plenty of time to accurately evaluate my purchase. My wife had been complaining of back and hip pain and had resolved herself to the idea that our old spring mattress was the cause. I had no reason to argue because I had been wanting a memory foam mattress for quite some time anyway and I wasn't getting the best night's sleep either. Since we were making a purchase for the long haul, we went with the most luxurious mattress we could find and afford. I shopped a couple of local mattress stores, big box retailers, and even on line and settled on Overnight Mattress. The quality associated with price seemed to be the best overall value for the money. For us, it was the correct choice.
The mattress seems to be made of very high quality materials. The bamboo mattress topper is very nice. Its the softest, plushest fabric I have ever felt. When we received it, we had no problem opening up the box and allowing it to expand due to having to wait on new sheets that would fit such a deep mattress. We kind of rolled around on it for a few days. When our sheets did get here, we immediately assembled the mattress frame and promptly moved the mattress to our bedroom. Since the first night, I have loved it. My wife took a couple of weeks to adjust, but now loves the mattress. We just came back from vacation and were ecstatic about getting back to our bed.
A few questions that I had when doing the research before I bought a foam mattress that I wanted to expound on. 1) Is memory foam really hot to sleep on? Answer: This mattress has not been. We bought the waterproof mattress cover that they sell as an add-on. Its hot. It is kind of plastic-y on the bottom and seems to trap heat. We put our old mattress cover (which barely fit the deep mattress) back on and the bed cooled down considerably. We also adjusted the heat and AC in our house to make it cool during the night, which helps as well. 2) Does a foam mattress really help joint and back pain? My wife says that she sleeps the best she has ever slept and her hips and back do not hurt when she gets up in the morning. She sleeps more soundly and seems to be in a better mood throughout the day! 3) Does it really absorb the movements of the other person? YES! I move constantly at night and it would always frustrate my wife. She now doesn't bother me when I move and don't bother her while she sleeps.
All in all, I would give this mattress 5 out of 5 stars. I would give the bed frame a good solid 4.5 stars out of 5. Its solid but a bit cumbersome to put together. And I would give the waterproof mattress cover 2 out of 5 due to it making the bed hot. Its a finely made item, but its hot and I can't sleep when I'm hot.
If you are thinking about a foam mattress, consider this company. It has been a very good purchase for my wife and I. I think I'll be ordering a twin size pretty soon due to our youngest son's love of our mattress. Whatever it takes to move him on out!

I haven't had the bed long enough to really give a final review, however, this bed is definitely no joke. It is very well made and comfortable. I have lower back pain and I thought about exchanging the top memory foam for a firmer one but Vladamir suggested I give it more time, so that's what I'm going to do. I first tried "online chat" but really didn't feel like this person was helping or wasn't getting it. That's when I broke down and called...Vladamir was very nice and accommodating. You really can't beat the 120 day trial period and 20-25 year warranty. This is just is a win win deal!

I first ordered by mistake a Bamboo Royale from Vladimir. Vladimer has been a real pleasure to work with. After receiving the mattress and finding out it would not fit into our RV I contacted Vladimir and explained the problem. He told me to return the mattress and to get a California queen instead. The first mattress was financed through GE and the the second mattress was added to the total with the promise to credit back the cost of the first one when they received it back. The first maturest was received by overnight on 4/8/11 and yet as of today 4/13/11 have not received credit on my account with GE. The comfort of the mattress is unbeatable for comfort and dealing with Vladimir was great, just hope a credit will be coming soon.

I purchased the Cool Bamboo in January of 2011 for my toddler's room. It is now March of 2011. I had two reasons for doing so.one reason was because he needed a mattress and the other reason was because I want a new mattress for my own room and thought this would be a good way to try it to find out how I like memory foam. I live in Texas so it took about 3 or 4 business days to arrive. It was a cinch to set up. My son's bed frame was the slat board type with about 1 to 2 inches between slats so I decided to go ahead and put a solid piece of plywood over that to support the mattress. The foam topper required some adjustment and that was a cinch too. Simply unzip the cover, adjust topper and zip back up! The memory foam odor was noticeable and took about a month or so to go away. It was not something that kept us from sleeping on it. I think that if you can keep the windows open and the mattress uncovered for several days the odor might dissipate more quickly. It is very comfortable. I noticed that if I sleep in my son's room I do not wake up with my usual stiffness related to chronic neck and upper back pain. The mattress topper is perfect - not too soft and not too firm. My next purchase will be a king size Bamboo Royale for the master bedroom. There is no way I'd spend thousands more on the more popular and heavily advertised national brand!

First off I would like to say that I love my new bed! I bought the 15'' Bamboo Royale, I had my doubts about buying a bed online but the 120 night trial made it easier. I am 26 yr old and I have really bad back pain. When my husband and I received our new bed we put it together and couldn't wait to sleep on it but we did what the instructions told us to. So that night when we laid down to go to bed I could feel the pressure just leaving my back. I know it sounds crazy but I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The bed has enough support but is very soft and it just cuddles your body. That night I fell asleep in half the time it usually takes, and my husband said that I didn't toss and turn at all. I woke up the next day and I felt great! My back didn't hurt and I felt like I had actually had a good nights sleep (the first in many years). My experience with Overnightmattress.com was great! It was so easy to place my order online and the online customer service was great! I can not imagine sleeping on another mattress! HELP! I'm not able to get my family out of bed. Ever since we loaded our home with the new mattresses from Overnight Mattress my whole family doesn't want to get out of bed. My husband and I ordered the Bamboo Royal King with the medium firmness. I had researched and looked for the best mattress spec with the most reasonable price. We are so pleased with the support this mattress gives and in particular, the wonderful sleep we are experiencing. This mattress has helped to minimize the issues I have had with my back. Before the Bamboo Royal, I could only stand to be in bed until early morning. Now, I do not experience any discomfort. Sometimes I find myself wanting to stretch out on the bed during the day because it really feels that good! I don't have any problem getting to bed at night. We realized with this new bed that perhaps our young adult daughters, both are athletes, may need to change out their pillow tops for a better night's sleep with the Cool Max. They have had their new mattresses for about a week now and both report that they sleep wonderfully. Both claim that they are waking without any stiffness or aches. Both are in college and I am worried they will miss their classes because they don't want to get out of bed! I guess they'll have to find another way than a poor night's sleep to wake themselves and get going. Thanks for your excellent customer service and prompt deliveries. I don't see how anyone could go wrong with one of these mattresses. I ordered my mattress on-line through the Overnightmatress.com web site. The web site was very easy to navigate and place my order. I watched the tracking updates and knew when my mattress was shipped. I was able to track it right to my front door. Unfortunately the memory foam topper was lost by fed-ex in shipping. I opened a complaint with fed-ex so they would begin to search for the missing package. I then called the Overnight Mattress customer service and spoke with a gentleman that looked up the shipping info and seen my mattress topper was lost between GA and AL. He then called the warehouse while he was on the phone with me and had them ship out another memory foam topper the same day.
I received my new topper with in five days. The foundation was very easy to put together, the mattress foam went effortlessly into the cover. The mattress expanded very rapidly. I could not wait the minimum 12-24 hours to sleep on my new mattress. In the first 2 days I felt fine after waking, but the next week was one of neck, shoulder and back pain. After that week, I was able to sleep comfortably. I even got to sleep in a couple of mornings. Now I don't seem to have pain when I wake in the morning. Let's hope this continues through out the life of my mattress.
Thank you for the great customer service and the quality mattress. I would recommend this product to any one. If I find my mattress is to warm in the summer - I may be ordering the chilli-pad!

Purchased about 3 weeks ago. My wife had been having pain in her hips and some in her back. She noticed after the first night that she was better and now it's gone. At first we had a mattress pad on the mattress and we both thought the mattress was too hot. After talking to one of your customer reps, we removed the mattress pad and now it's no longer too hot. The mattress pad was defeating the purpose of the bamboo covering of the mattress. Didn't let it breathe. By the way, your customer reps and sales people are top notch. Very friendly, willing to help, and really know their stuff. We purchased a set of 100% bamboo sheets off Ebay and now we have the perfect combination what with the mattress and the sheets. When I first opened the boxes to assemble the foundation, I thought you had forgotten to pack the hardware (bolts, etc.). Wss kind of peeved. Then I unpacked the memory foam pad and they were rolled up inside it. You might want to include a notice in the packing noting this. I scrambled around town trying to find the right sized bolts before I found yours. All in all, very satisfied.

I love my Overnight Mattress. I ordered a king size Bamboo Royale. It is like sleeping on a cloud, the most comfortable mattress I have slept on.
The customer service was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately I had some trouble with the delivery of my mattress. I ordered it right before the New Year and was told it would be delivered to my new apartment in my new city. They were out of mattress covers which delayed my shipping process, I was not informed of this and ended up sleeping on the floor for about week. Once the shipment was sent out (the foundation, the mattress and the topper) there were further delays with the shipping because of inclimate weather in my area. That was FedEx's problem though, not OM. But I am happy to report that after all of that the mattress was worth it.
Neal and Vladimir were absolutely wonderful. Neal was my initial contact. He helped me complete my order quickly and was very professional and polite. Actually he was just down right sweet and wonderful! I later spoke to Vladimir, he was patient and kind to me. When the time came for me to construct my mattress and foundation, my husband (who is active duty in the military) was away for training and I didn't know when he was coming home. This meant I was on my own to get the bed constructed. I watched the Youtube video to help me put the mattress and topper together,correctly. I was excited to learn that the star of the youtube video was Vladimir!
After seeing the video Vladimir told me constructing the foundation was easy enough for me to do alone and he was so right!!! I am so proud of myself for builiding the foundation for our king size bed all by myself. I was going to wait for my husband to come home but I did it without him and it was nice for him to just be able to sleep in the bed after all of his training.
Vladimir was so nice when I called back during the construction of the foundation. He answered my questions and told me to call back if I had questions about anything else.
My husband loves the mattress as well. He is a bit of a hot body and complained the mattress was hot but I explained the mattress is designed to keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. He responded "I don't want to be kept warm." He then turned down the heat in our home and was fine. He told me he doesn't think he has ever gone to sleep and woken up in the same position. It is a wonderful thing we got used to, neither of us toss and turn at all.

First, let me say that all the people I have corresponded with at Overnight Mattress have been nothing but wonderful to deal with, especially Vladimir. I went in to the process with a fair amount of skepticism that you can actually order a mattress online. I had numerous conversations with Vladimir before I made my purchase because I had certain expectations that needed to be met or I knew we would not be happy. We owned a soft pillow-top mattress before and my wife prefers a very soft mattress. After a few conversations with Vladimir, we ordered a king-sized Bamboo Royale because that was their top of the line mattress that had the softest pillow top.
The mattress arrived in good condition and we set it up the end of December. No problems at all in setting it up. We were told to give it 30 days to get used to sleeping on it. The first few days was very difficult especially for my wife. She said her hips hurt and she felt like she was sleeping on cement. It didn't feel quite that strong about it but there was no doubt there was a difference in firmness between our last mattress. Even though our old mattress was 15 years old and sagging, it was very soft and the Bamboo Royale is firmer even tho I am sure many would consider it to be a soft mattress. I have waited now almost 30 days to see if we would adjust to the new firmness. I would have to say we have adjusted some to it but my wife still complains that it is too firm for her and wishes that we have not purchased the mattress.
The other complaint my wife has is that the mattress is too hot at night. The last week she has not complained but it has also been extremely cold from being in the dead of winter. I am hoping when it gets warmer out that the mattress won't be overly hot. I know that memory foam mattresses have a reputation for this and I may have to look at options of keeping the mattress cooler in warmer months.
Vladimir did mention to me that the softness/firmness could be adjusted so I am hoping that something can be done to make the mattress softer. I will find out after a conversation with Vladimir in the near future. If nothing can be done then I may have to consider returning the mattress.
I will follow through on this review in the near future after talking with Vladimir and Overnight Mattress.

Dear Vladamir, First off I hope I spelled your name correctly. Second I received my new Bamboo Royale mattress on Friday evening. I know you're supposed to wait 12-24 hours before you sleep on it, but I couldn't wait. My wife & I only waited about 6 hours. I suffer from mid back pain. For years I've tried different mattresses, and very expensive ones. After reviewing mattresses on line for some time I finally leaned towards Overnight Mattress. It's clear that Overnight Mattress is interested in selling good quality product and delivering customer satisfaction. I worked with a sale representative name Vladimar and not only did he point me in the right direction, but he met my accommodations for delivery. After receiving the mattress and sleeping on it the first couple of days I wasn't convinced that I made the right decision. But after about a week the mattress proved to be worth the money. I used to not be able to sleep in and it was always difficult to get out of bed. I take a significant amount of medicine to combat the pain on a daily basis, but since I've been sleeping on this mattress, I have been able to reduce my dosage, sleep in, get out of bed easily, and live a better life in general.
Not only am I impressed with the comfort of the mattress, but also the engineering that went into making it and keeping it in the USA. I was surprised to receive boxes that were a fraction of the size of the mattress and foundation, but after opening it up I understood that there was real thought in how to ship a mattress across country. I was told the assembly would take time, but it actually went together very easy and the quality of all of the components we top notch.
Although there are so many good reviews on their products, I hope that someone reads this and realizes that you're buying a top notch product that is very comfortable.

It is just slightly firmer, in fact, at first I thought it was perhaps the same as it was just barely noticeable in difference. My husband made a joke that maybe it was the same and we just ""thought"" it was more firm. Actually it is perfect and we will be returning the original one to you. I will look for the RMA so that we can get it sent back quickly.

Just a quick feedback note to let you know how incredibly impressed I have been with your product and service! After suffering numerous days the past few months awakening to morning back pain and sleepless nights on my top of the line, 5 yr old traditional Sealy PosturePedic mattress, I finally decided to investigate all of the great things I have heard about memory foam mattresses. Of course, like many people, I started with the Tempur-pedic brand and was able to test one out in a local mattress store showroom. I immediately fell in love with the way the mattress conformed to, and supported my back. When the store rep presented me with a $3500 quote for a Queen sized mattress PLUS tax and delivery charges. I decided to check out other options online. After researching numerous sites and reviews, Overnight Mattress kept coming up with positive ratings, rave product reviews, a much better quality product and great prices so I checked out your memory foam mattress options on your website. Upon calling your toll free number on a SUNDAY, your sales consultant was very helpful in assessing my needs, budget and reviewing product options as well as answering all of my questions. I eventually took the plunge and bought your top of the line Bamboo Royal mattress for $1100, and as promised, it shipped on Monday and arrived on Wed this week. I promptly setup the bed and waited 12 hours for it to fully expand to it's full form. I went to bed around midnight that night and the next thing I knew it was 8:30am --- I had the best sleep I have had in years and the best part was, NO LOWER BACK Pain in the morning!! For many years my wife and I have struggled with bad nights of sleep. A couple years ago we bought a top-of-the line Sealy mattress hoping that we would finally get a good nights sleep. Wrong. We struggled for at least 2 years with no luck because everytime I moved my wife could feel each movement and it disturbed her sleep. A few months ago I decided to start looking into a "memory foam mattress". We went to Rooms to Go, Ashley, etc., and found what we thought we would like but I still was not satisfied with paying that kind of money and still not knowing if we would ultimately have a restful sleep.
I then started to look on line and discovered Overnight Mattress.com. I found other internet mattresss companies also but kept going back to OM.com. I settled on the king size Bamboo Royale and ordered it. BEST MOVE I EVER MADE!! The removable topper insert came first so I opened the box and let it air out. Both the topper and the main mattress come in a nice tight box where all the air has been removed from the mattress so it ships neatly. A couple days later the main mattress came and I quickly opened it and layed it out on my bed frame. OM recommends not sleeping on the bed for at least 24 hours so we took their advice even though we were so anxious to try out our new bed. We are so sold on this mattress that there will never be a going back to another box-spring type again.
We sleep better than we have ever slept and when I move my wife cannot feel me, My wife makes a statement almost every day..."I LOVE THIS BED". That tells it all! We have two small dogs that sleep with us too and what is so weird...they don't move all night. They are so comfortable they just stay in the same spot all night where in our old bed they tossed and turned about as much as we did. OM has a fantastic warranty but who would need it? Of course you are likely not going to get your be overnight but who cares. The rep I dealt with was professional and completely honest. I was fearful of the complaints on the bed being "hot". He recommended the Bamboo Royale and he was 100% correct. I can feel no difference in "heat". I cannot say enough good things about this company and this bed.

I bought the Aloe Vera mattress for my mother who has multiple issues - fibromyalgia, degenerative disc disease and sciatica. She had been complaining over severe back pain after purchasing a poor quality mattress from a local furniture retailer. I loved the 11 inch cool max mattress I purchased on in May of 2009. I have arthritis and fibromyalgia and this mattress provides me with the best rest I have ever had. I actually had a Serta King size memory foam mattress that i lost in my divorce and subsequently purchased a King Size memory foam mattress from overnightmattress.com... I love the fact that i can unzip the top 3 inches of my new mattress to lie on the pure memory foam or keep it on and lie on a pillow top memory foam combination. Your bed is among the most comfortable beds I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping on. There are some things that do need disclosure but are not significant or negatives:
- The viscoelastic (memory) foam is great but it seems to get a little warm (it's great in winter, but less great in summer).
- The foam also has a tendency to remember a little more than expected. The foam will develop what can only be described as divots. That is overcome by regularly moving the foam around every six months. If you are used to cuddling, that will be harder unless you want to be there most of the night. Where you land is where you usually stay.
- Don't buy cheap sheets. Spend the bucks and get high thread count sheets. They last better, feel better, and cover some of the rough edges, especially if you get the chilipack.
I would generally give this product a 9 out of 10 in product ranking. I like the therapedic mattress materials a bit more, but hate their construction quality, price, and presentation. Sleep number was an early contender until I figured out that there is a gap down the middle and that the ability of the bed to hold their sleep numbers degrades pretty quickly. Oh and the price is out of line with the product.
Your product is very fairly priced, has very good engineering.

I purchased the Aloe Vera Pure Bliss Mattress after trying out the sleep number "free" trial. That free trial ended up costing me about $400 in delivery charges. I decided to make the leap of faith that Overnight Mattress's "free" trial was all that it promised -- free. It was. I ordered the most expensive bed figuring that it would be the best, but I was having an issue with being too hot. When I called the company, they didn't try to argue the point and actually told me that they've not had much problem with it, but it has happened. I truly wanted to keep the bed because it felt great. They worked with me, made me a new custom cover for what I wanted to keep, sent me pre-paid return labels for what I was returning, and delivery was as prompt and free as the site indicates. They were polite, spoke English clearly, returned calls, and were extremely accommodating. A real person actually answers the phone there!
I was at a point in my health at age 53 with major back issues which caused me to need a cane every morning. They're not paying me to say this, and they're more than welcomed to give you my personal e-mail address -- but I want to say that I've been pain-free and sleeping well since I have my new bed. I was so excited that I had recently taken a motorcycle trip from Chicago to Tennessee and actually went to OvernightMattress to personally say thank you! I'm probably going to order one of the 9" mattresses for my daughter who also has back issues.

I spoke with a very nice woman today regarding a problem I'm having with overheating in the amazing bed I received from you. I was very hesitant to make the purchase because I don't normally buy anything online, but I was really tired, checked BBB, and decided to take the chance with a "Made in America" company.
I must say it was a pleasure calling your company and actually getting to speak to someone who speaks English well and doesn't live overseas. I am anxiously awaiting the opportunity to post good comments about your bed (I already like the company) -- unlike the comments I've posted about Sleep Number and their awful attitudes. It was your guarantee that sold me.
Just to recap -- I'm finding the bed very comfortable and chose the top model thinking that it would work the best for me because the information stressed that it's got some kind of air circulating topper. Sadly, it's not circulating the air, but instead the temperature under me is building up to 98 degrees. I see now after receiving this bed that I probably would have been fine ordering the 6 inch core instead of the 9 inch and the extra padding might actually be what's suffocating me. I'm going to try removing the topper and cover the memory foam with a mattress pad and sheet to see if that's any cooler for me. If so, the woman said I should report back so that we can figure out what to do. It doesn't make sense for me to return the 9" core, because I assume you cannot reuse it -- although I really don't know but I hope not! This bed is really high for me, but that's not my main concern right now. I am finding my sleep to be relatively pain-free, but the heat keeps waking me every 30 minutes throughout the night.

Overnight Mattress was the only company with all customer reviews satisfied with the Memory Foam mattress they ordered. The ice storm in January slowed delivery but was scheduled to arrive the 2nd morning after order was placed. We ordered the foundation which had an assembly error on one of the side truss supports. My husband and I purchased the Bamboo Breeze mattress. We've been sleeping on it for over a month now. We really like it. It's firm enough to give the support that my body needs and yet the topper makes it soft enough, so you don't feel like you are lying on a hard rock. I've been seeing a chiropractor for about 9 months with a shoulder and neck issue. Since sleeping on the Bamboo Breeze, both have started showing improvement, and I've been able to advance to the next level of care, which requires less visists.
We were a bit hesitant to buy a mattress that we hadn't slept on, but are glad we took the risk. The mattress comforms to the body, but does not cause sinking and issues with moving or rolling over. It you move, the matress starts to immediately re-adjust to your body. There was a slight odor when we first opened the mattress. I'm sensitive to smells, so I could smell it but my husband never noticed. It only lasted for a few days. If you unzip the mattress and allow it to "breathe", the odor will go away faster. We are very pleased with our choice and would recommend it to anyone.

We like the product. My wife feels that she is not as stiff when she gets up. She is an extremely light sleeper but does not feel anything when I move on my side of the bed. In my reviews I found that the majority of other manufactures used two layers of foam. Overnight Mattress uses three. Since this is the only foam mattress I have used I can not compare it. What I can compare is the quality of your customer service. I placed the order on line late Saturday which was the last day for a price reduction coupon. The computer did not pick it up. My boyfriend has a bad back, hip, leg and foot, from an accident 4 years ago. He has not been able to sleep on a flat mattress at all since this happened. I also have arthritis, with back pain, so I have to use several pillows surrounding my body in order to sleep comfortably.
The very first night we slept on it, we BOTH slept like babies! Not sure where this expression came from, as I recall, babies don't sleep well, LOL, but it does mean we slept VERY soundly all night long! I didn't have to use one extra pillow and he slept, not only quietly, without moving all over the bed all night, but he "slept" without waking up once. I remember the day before I ordered my bed from your company I was hesitant that the product shown on your website wouldn't match what I received and also worried about many other things like the firmness of the bed, if your company was really legit etc. Well finally I called your Customer Service call center and I got helped over the phone but a beautiful lady who answered all my questions without making me feel rushed to get off the phone. A couple days later my new gadget arrived via Federal Express (FEDEX). When I opened the box I was so happy to see a comfy bed; at first I thought to myself will the bed actually get bigger - and sure enough it did. That evening I went to sleep and I have to say having a very bad back issue I woke up feeling so refreshed; I literally was so comfortable I wish I could sleep 24 hrs a day. Well unfortunately we had to go out of town the following evening without our bamboo mattress; we had someone sleep over and they told me how amazing the bed was. Well I eventually came home and to be honest I rather be sleeping in my bed that your company manufactures because of how comfortable I have been. I literally always complain about how hotel beds hurt my back, and how I wake up feeling like I just got hit by a semi-truck I wish somehow every single hotel in the nation would take my advice and order your bed..

Here are my comments about the the PureBliss 12-Inch Bamboo Memory Foam Mattress # 5 that I received one week ago from Overnight Mattress.
I like it very much. I have owned the highly advertised adjustable air bed, and I have owned several other mattresses. But, I confidently say that this memory foam mattress by Overnight is the most comfortable I have ever slept on. 1. My wife tells me that I don't toss and turn as much as I use to and I know I don't. 2. However I lay, I don't excessively feel any part (shoulder blades, calves, elbows, knees, shoulders) of my body like I did on other mattresses, because I am equally supported throughout. 3. It is the most temperature neutral and least humidity trapping bed that I have ever slept on. 4. I now look forward to going to bed and sleeping on it and I wake up more rested then I ever did on my other mattresses.

Bamboo Memory Foam Mattress. My wife and I order this mattress just after Christmas of 2009 and it shipped promptly. After sleeping on it for a few nights both of us agreed that we felt bruised and that the mattress with the bamboo cover was just too hard. We called customer service and they suggested we unzip the top cover so that we would be directly on the foam. What we found when we unzipped the cover was shocking. Their were holes and stains throughout the memory foam and we found hair and what appeared to be grass around the cover. We took pictures and sent them in to customer service and they said they were shocked as well. They gave us the option to trade it out and retain the comfort guarantee for the remaining nights, or they said they would upgrade us to the Bamboo Royale at no cost but we would forfeit the remainer of the guarantee. We opted for the latter. We were told it would ship out over a week ago, but to date, no one will respond to our calls or e-mails and we have received no shipping information. We are upset at the poor quality of the mattress and customer service. We are still waiting in hopes to resolve this problem, and I will post another message to inform you all of what happens.

My husband and I have been sleeping on the bamboo mattress for over a year now and I love it. He wishes we would of got a little bit firmer one but this is the one I like. We were going from a waterbed to this so it was a very big change for us. we had been looking at mattress's for awhile and we just did not like the coil mattress at all. We looked the Tempur- pedic but they are just so pricey that we couldn't see spending that kind of money on a mattress. My review is for the bamboo style mattress. I bought this mattress a year ago and think I am familiar with it enough to write an educated review. First impression can be sometimes deceiving, especially for a mattress. Most mattresses can feel good for the first few days even weeks, it's the long run that reveals the winners from the losers. Take my word for it, this mattress is a winner. Let me count the ways. I suffered from back pain that required me to visit a chiropractor a few times; once I started using this mattress, it was all gone. I know it sounds like a commercial but it is not, this is for real. Your sleeping area will seem much larger because you can sleep close to the edges without feeling like you are going to fall; the surface support is constant wherever you are. No more turning and twisting, you just sleep good through the whole night. You will start looking forward to going to bed. This company is very smart. I had researched the subject for months before I actually bought it and found out that their price/value ratio is the best in the market. How do they do it? Well, my take is that they took the fanciness out of it and give you a product that is no-nonsense. Realize that they only offer one or two basic mattresses and different covers that goes with them. After reading dozens of pages, I realized why. Studies show that 90 % of people will like their formula. There is about 5% who would like it firmer and about 5% who would like softer, so they cut a lot of costs by going after the big segment. If you are in these 5% you still might get away with it by getting a different cover, like I had to do for my wife, she prefers it with the bamboo cover. Doesn't make any difference to me.
There is only one problem, but it can be easily fixed for about 20 bucks. The versiflex foundation box is the only weakness. To fix it you need to construct two more rails like the center rail that it comes with and add one on each side to support the whole structure evenly. Once you do, you are in for a luxurious night sleep. Without this you are only 80% there. This requires very rudimentary tools and minimal skills. Only wish the company would have done it itself. I purchased the Bamboo Memory Foam Mattress (comfort #4) and weigh around 200 pounds. This is important info because I find the mattress to be soft and my girlfriend (110 pounds) doesn't think it's so soft. She does say it is very comfortable though. My children love it as well. I have waited for just about a year before I gave my review. I'm glad I did because at first I found the mattress to be very comfortable but also found it to be hot at times. After the first couple of months I found that the sweating ceased and the comfort increased. I have a very bad back and I have to say that since I've slept on this mattress I've not had any problems. I have no complaints what-so-ever and I believe it is the best purchase I've ever made. Also, the tech support was very good and delivery was just as they said it would be. Be sure to have help when it is delivered because it is hard to handle by yourself. You will not be disappointed.

I seem to sleep more soundly and do not have to reposition myself as often as with my old mattress. I read that some people perspired a lot with the foam mattresses. I have noticed that myself. Not sure if it's me or my hormones! So, I will not say the mattress is at fault here. I do like the fact that the mattress rises to meet your body. If feels great on your back when you first get in. No implosions or letdowns from the mattress to this point. The mattress has served its function well since we slit the bag that contained it in compressed form. Sorry we don't have a video of the dog's reaction to that mattress coming to life as we let it do its Orville Redenbacher imitation on the bed frame as it was unraveling and popping into place.
The only negative is the noise of muffled cardboard-sounding creaks as we put more pressure in the lower leg areas on the edges of the bed while rolling over. Probably not too bad because it has kept any bedbugs at bay.

The one supplied with the mattress is a little too flimsy for king size and results in some sagging with a high ridge down the middle. Wouldn't this effect mattress life? I purchased the escape adjustable bed and the cool bamboo mattress with a protector cover for the mattress and after all the anticipation of the items it was worth each moment of drama first the delivery guy said he couldn't fit the adjustable bed in the elevator last Friday and left so next time I made it my business to be there in the lobby when they came which was the following Tuesday I asked the delivery man should the adjustable bed adjust he said no however I asked him to measure it with my tape measure knowing I had measured the elevator which was 80 inches and the box was 82 inches without the box the adjustable bed was 79 inches so I accepted the package and wow like magic as they were trying to put the bed in the elevator it adjusts down to about 60 inches and the delivery guys said I didn't know it do that MORONS I could of been sleeping in the bed last Friday so you know just open the box and the bed will fit. I finally had the best sleep I've ever experienced in my life I can't even compare it to anything because I never experienced sleep like that before and to wake up rejuvinated no backaches or pains and just to think of the countless places Ive slept all around the world nothing compares to my bed in my home my husband and I are so happy. We are extremely happy with our mattress and look forward to many years of comfort. Our mattress arrived promptly, and my daughter and I were able to get it out of the box and upstairs. I definitely recommend putting the mattress - still in the plastic - on your box springs before opening, but once you do open it, it quickly assumes the proper shape. Our mattress was odorless and ready for use quite quickly.
Some of my friends who also have a similar type of mattress complain that they get ""too hot"" in the summer, but that is not the case with our mattress! With that great eco-friendly bamboo covering (which is soft and strong, by the way) we find that temperature is not at all an issue.

About two weeks ago I purchased your Cool Bamboo memory foam mattress. I have been wrestling with the notion of a memory foam mattress for about a year now and have to say that your price was really within my budget, and your guarantee and return policy seemed second to none. Okay on to the compliments; I have been having headaches and neck pain for the past 3 months now. They are on and off and sometimes persist for 4 days or more. After several months of researching, getting opinions from friends and family and sleeping on several different memory foam mattresses at my children's homes, I recently purchased a CoolMax Memory Foam mattress from Overnight Mattress. I have found that I can lie down in any position and immediately feel comfortable. I don't awaken when changing positions. The most amazing sensation is that of my body feeling totally supported in any position, almost up-lifted.
Having slept on a memory foam without a cover, I never had that experience and was sometimes difficult to change positions.

HELP! I'm not able to get my family out of bed. Ever since we loaded our home with the new mattresses from Overnight Mattress my whole family doesn't want to get out of bed. My husband and I ordered the Bamboo Royal King with the medium firmness. I had researched and looked for the best mattress spec with the most reasonable price. We are so pleased with the support this mattress gives and in particular, the wonderful sleep we are experiencing. This mattress has helped to minimize the issues I have had with my back. Before the Bamboo Royal, I could only stand to be in bed until early morning. Now, I do not experience any discomfort. Sometimes I find myself wanting to stretch out on the bed during the day because it really feels that good! I don't have any problem getting to bed at night. We realized with this new bed that perhaps our young adult daughters, both are athletes, may need to change out their pillow tops for a better night's sleep with the Cool Max. Both are in college and I am worried they will miss their classes because they don't want to get out of bed! Great experience with the purchase. The mattress has been great so far, much better buying process than going to a mattress dealer. Was a little skeptical at the start but everything turned out great.
Only negative was that the mattress didn't arrive overnight. Box spring came after 3 days, mattress after 4 days. Maybe you should rename to 'Mattress in a Couple of Days' because that's what happened. Overnight would have been great but absolutely not necessary.
Also, it was very surprising how small a box both mattress and box spring came in, it was fun watching the mattress expand with access to air!
Overall, Overnight Mattress was a great deal. Pricing was much lower than local or national stores for a similar mattress. Quality appears solid after a month on the bed. Highly recommend Overnight Mattress!

My wife and I had a King Sized pillow top bed that we paid about $1,800 for new. After 6 years, the mattress was like sleeping in a hammock and we would wake with back aches regularly. We purchased the Cool Comfort king sized mattress from Overnight Mattress and received it about a month ago.
Since we are both used to a very soft mattress, it was comfortable but a little firm for us with the protective cover on it that we purchased with it. The protective covering doesn't allow you to sink in to the mattress and we had more pressure points. After a couple of days, we removed that and we both love the mattress. We wake up much less during the night, since you don't feel the other person moving.
We also like the memory foam pillows that came with the mattress. They are very comfortable if you are sleeping on your back, however, they could use more foam in there for side sleepers. Do you offer them with more stuffing in them?

It is hard to believe it has been nine months since we got our King - CoolMax Memory Foam mattress. I was at my wit's end with the mattress for which we had paid almost $2,000. That mattress was so comfortable, for about 6 months. It was a big pillow top, huge at about 16" in height. But after a couple of years it started to hammock, and each morning I'd wake up with a painfully sore back. Both my wife and I sleep on our sides, so I thought we needed something soft on top so our arms wouldn't keep falling asleep every few hours. That was probably a mistake since we still ended up with arms that fell asleep and a sore back to boot.
In frustration I started looking for an alternative mattress, even though the thought of spending more money on a new mattress that might also be a nightmare in six months was keeping me from dumping the old one. A foam mattress looked like the best choice to me, but I had a couple of reservations. If I hated the mattress I wanted to be able to return it, but I wanted to try it out for a reasonable amount of time. I also did not want to pay for shipping back my return. No apologies, I'm cheap. Overnight mattress had all that covered with a very generous trial period and free shipping for the return. Now that's belief in your product.
I was also concerned about being hot sleeping on a foam mattress, so I was glad we bought it in the summer so I could really put the mattress to the test. We did not buy the top of the line by any stretch of the imagination, so I figured at worst, if I only kind of liked the mattress, I'd see if they would do an upgrade, like I had read about in the reviews. I took the plunge, ordered the mattress with free shipping, and because we are only one state away, got the mattress the next day.
I unpacked it, let it relax to its full size, then wrestled the behemoth mattress it was replacing off our platform and slid our new mattress in its place. I was impressed right way. The mattress was firm, but molded to my shape. I did not get hot that night (or any night since), my back soreness disappeared almost right way and we have no problems with numb arms. It's been nine months now and I wouldn't ever go back to a spring mattress. The older I get, the more I enjoy a good night's sleep, and they're all good night's sleep now.
Money's tight for everyone right now, but you will not find a better value than one of these mattresses anywhere.

I now have 2 CoolMax mattresses from OvernightMattress.com; one RV Queen in the motor home (purchased April, 2009, Order #10174) and one king size at home (purchased August, 2009, Order #12501). Both have so-far preformed perfectly. I had been diagnosed with Scoliosis and the orthopedic doctor recommended major surgery with rods and screws to straighten the spine. I spent a ton of money on a chiropractor through March of 2009 with little help. After using the CoolMax since March 2009, my back problems have dramatically improved. I can't actually say that it was the CoolMax that did it. I have also been taking some doctor prescribed anti-inflammatory NSAIDs for a knee problem. But, I feel the memory foam mattress was the major contributor. My wife also feels that she feels much better after sleeping on the CoolMax as opposed to a conventional mattress. I do notice that the CoolMax does reflect more of your body heat than a traditional mattress. But, you quickly learn how to compensate with less or lighter covers.
Also, I'd like to say that the people at OvernightMattress are great. They are polite and always answer any questions. Delivery was the next day, although we do live fairly close to Overnight. When I had a problem with the charges from a finance company (not Overnight), they were right there with ""who to contact"" and ""if they don't help you, let US know.""

It remains cool even during hot summer nights....it is the perfect firmness which means it feels stable underneath as the top cradles your dips and curves. I suffer from genetic arthritis and back problems so getting out of bed in the mornings has been torture. For the first time I had no shoulder pain and rolling over was easy and painfree. The order came quickly. The mattress had only a very light oder which dissipated in just a couple of hours. It was kind of fun watching it expand when I took off the protective plastic. I also purchased the Pragma BedTM frame which was easy to set up and provides a good base for the bed. It also has enough room under it for me to store items in my small apartment. The only complaint I have is for the VersiFlex foundation. It provides the support needed, however its craftmanship and set-up were of some concern. The foundation came double packed in cardboard. The directions on the box say not to cut the box which is a common enough statement if there is merchandise that could be damaged. However, I had no idea that the inside cardboard wrap was actually part of the foundation. It was difficult to get out of the box and did not slide out so I had to tear part of the cardboard. Only later when reading the directions which were packed inside did I realize I had to use the cardboard to cover the slats before putting on the cloth cover. Out came the duct tape for repair. The directions themselves were hard to read and blurry. The wood had splinters, holes were not drilled well, and the bolts for the center piece were not long enough to also use the washer. I did need a hammer to try to get bolts in and dowels to connect. Once most of it was together I had to take it apart again because the picture did not clearly show which end of the wood pieces should be up. But it is all together now, and I am happily snoozing.

I had a large canopy water bed. It had leaked one time so I then filled the tubes with air. It was uncomfortable so I was looking for a mattress to fit in it. Nothing was the same size. I then ordered the queen mattress and added foam to the side. It all goes into a zippered cover and I now have a normal bed that is comfortable. It is hard to explain what I did to make it work but I am very happy with it now. You may have other people with water bed frames who want to do the same thing. I ordered two mattresses from Overnight Mattress for my daughters new bunk bed. After a few nights of research, I decided on the 7" Basic memory foam models for my 5 and 4 year old girls. I liked the fact that the mattresses were "Made in the USA". I did find similar products on the internet that were cheaper but was aware that other countries allow certain chemicals to be used that I did not want present for my children. Neal was my customer service person and was very personable and helpful. What really impressed me was the fact that he knew and told me PRIOR to placing my order that the factory was running behind and that my order would not ship within the time frame stated on the website. Since I also work in manufacturing as an Inside Sales function I understand that the best intentions are at the mercy of backlog and logistical timing. Neal did not do the expected and let me find out after I had placed my order. I found the integrity refreshing and very respectful.
So, if you are looking for quality mattresses for a bunk bed, my bottom line about Overnight Mattress:
Do not doubt doing a first time internet purchase from this company from Tennessee. They are worth the extra dollars compared to other 7" basic mattresses. I am happy with the product. I am happy with the Customer Service. I am happy with the experience.
