We will look at all components of the similar mattress (inside and out), and if the products are comparable, we will lower our price by 10% and refund you the difference. A signature is required for all FedEx deliveries unless marked differently on the final checkout page. If you miss your "signature required" delivery, it will be attempted 2 more times. You may also sign the delivery slip after the initial attempt to request delivery with no signature. After a total of 3 attempts, the item(s) will be held at the local FedEx Station for pickup at your convenience.

We do our best to keep all mattresses and foundations on the site in stock at all times. If an item becomes out of stock during the time you submit your order for processing, we will contact you (by phone and email) to give you an estimated time for delivery.
